Khadija is a young entrepreneur, who launched her first business in 2009. Today, she’s the senior partner of a group of SMEs, operating in the media, communication, web and PR fields. She’s the general manager of KMK Partners, a Morocco-based communications and advertising company established in 2009. Khadija is also partner in two other start-ups in Morocco—REGIE 21, Digital Crea- that’s he launched and managed during their 1st year of operations. One of her prides is being the first and only arab women head of a sports periodical, Al Mawiid Arriadi, that’s he created in 2010. Her newest entrepreneurial endeavor, KMK Advertising, is a 1 year old advertising agency specialized in media and PR, that counts today few prestigious clients. Prior to starting her businesses, Khadija worked as brand manager at Groupe Attijari Wafabank, the largest banking group in Morocco, and marketing and communication manager at Lafarge Maroc, a world leader in construction materials. In addition to running her business, Khadija is a founding member of RFMN, a mentoring and networking organization for women entrepreneurs in Morocco. She is also the member of AFEM, the Moroccan business women’s association and member of the think tank « Alliance des Independents »which supports and attempts to influence decision-makers in various ministries by conducting studies and developing papers on several social and political issues..
Khadija was received by President Barack Obama, in September 2014, during her participation in the 1st edition of the special exchange program, President Obama Initiative « Standing with Civil Society »
Also, her first business, KMK PARTNERS, has entered the 2012 ranking of the 500 fast growing companies, published by the prestigious All growth Network.
Khadija is 32, she’s married, mother of 2 little girls, and passionate about politics, social work, gender issues and entrepreneurship
